Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behavior and needs.

· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

· Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

· Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.

· Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.

· Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

· Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects, including user research, wireframes, and final designs.

· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
