Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Dev Sec Ops  architecture aligned with business and technology goals
Define, standardize, and govern CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management processes
Lead the implementation of multi-stage pipelines as code using Jenkins and Git Lab
Collaborate closely with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to enable CI, CD, and Continuous Testing (CT)
Design and support container-based and serverless deployments on AWS, including microservices architectures
Create configurable pipelines with quality gates across CI, CD, and CT stages
Drive end-to-end automation for build, deployment, testing, and infrastructure provisioning
Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers and development teams in modern engineering and Dev Sec Ops  best practices
Support incident response, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term stability improvements
Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness of Dev Sec Ops  processes
Track and implement Dev Ops metrics, including DORA metrics, to measure and improve delivery performance

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
9+ years of overall IT experience
6+ years of hands-on Dev Sec Ops  experience
4+ years in a technical leadership or lead role
Strong hands-on experience integrating tools such as:
CI/CD & Build:
Jenkins, Git Lab, Maven
Quality & Security:
Sonar Qube, Snyk, PyUnit, nUnit, Selenium, Rest Assured
Testing & Performance:
Lambda Test, JMeter
Artifact & Release:
Artifactory, Liquibase
Cloud & Security: AWS, Cloud Formation, AWS Secrets Manager
Containers:
Docker, Kubernetes
Expertise in Groovy and YAML
Strong understanding of deployment strategies:
Blue-Green, Canary, Dark deployments
Proficiency in at least one scripting language:
Python, Bash, or Power Shell
Deep expertise in AWS, with solid exposure to Azure
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on Dev Sec Ops  maturity

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer certification
Experience infusing GenAI into Dev Sec Ops  automation
Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Ops Genie)
Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation) and configuration management (Puppet, Ansible)
