As we continue to grow, we're looking for a  Performance Testing Engineer  with strong hands-on experience in  k6  to ensure our platforms are scalable, resilient, and high-performing.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using  k6
Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues
Collaborate with development, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams to improve system performance
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and reporting standards
Share clear insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Proven experience with  k6  for performance and load testing
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, endurance, scalability)
Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern Dev Ops practices
Ability to analyze metrics, logs, and system behavior to diagnose performance issues
Good communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
Background in test automation or SRE practices
Experience working in Agile environments
