We are looking to hire MIS Executive at R360.
Job Responsibilities
MIS Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective MIS systems within the organization. They work closely with senior management to identify information needs and develop appropriate solutions. They also liaise with IT staff to ensure that MIS systems are properly integrated with other business systems. In addition, they are responsible for training users on how to use MIS systems effectively and providing ongoing support as needed.
Objectives
To develop and implement effective MIS systems that support the business goals of the organization.
To manage and coordinate the activities of the MIS team in order to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information systems.
To liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure that their information needs are met by the MIS team.
To monitor trends in information technology and make recommendations on how to best utilize new technologies within the organization.
To plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of the MIS department's operations.
To ensure that data is stored securely and backed up regularly according to company policy.
To troubleshoot issues with existing information systems and work with vendors to resolve any problems.
To provide training to staff on how to use new or existing information systems
Skills & Qualifications Needed
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Hands on experience in advance Excel Formulas and creating reports
Experience working with databases and management information systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
