About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a  Senior Information Security Engineer. Software Test Automation Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated regression test script for the Technology Enablement and Engineering product. Should be an expertise in CICD Pipeline development to join the team responsible for engineering the enterprise build and release pipeline, specifically the Enterprise Pipeline (EPL) that can be deployed to a managed Kubernetes public cloud environment.

You will play a key role in defining, developing and automating the entire CI/CD process enterprise wide by building enabling capabilities to allow developers to create higher quality and more secure software, more quickly and ultimately improve quality at scale.

In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

6+ years of Software Test Automation Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent and must have 6+ Years of overall experience
Very string experience on Automation scripts like JavaScript, Python, Power Shell etc
Good understanding on OOPS concepts and hands on experience using Selenium, Hyper execute and Harness is a must.
Workload Modeling for performance testing and hands on experience on Baseline Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing and Endurance Testing
.Net/Java, C#, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML knowledge will be added advantage
Relevant experience on building BOTs using UiPath, Blue Prism and/or Automation Anywhwere, Amelia
Relevant experience on working with API's and Web servers
Hands on experience in any one of the tools - Service Now or Sailpoint
Hands on experience working on any of the BPM tools
Require understanding of Project management tools like Jira
Proficiency with Agile and Dev Ops practices and toolchain
Should possess Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members
Provide effort estimates, identify resource needs, and enforce project and delivery standards
Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentor team members.
Ability to deal with ambiguities effectively (Technology, People, Process or Partner)
Enterprise experience with one or more CI/CD implementation, configuration management, build, and orchestration tools:
Jenkins, Gradle, uDeploy, Git Hub, Git Hub Action, Artifactory, Harness IO, Spinnaker, Terraform and Ansible.
Knowledge and understanding on any one of security and code quality scanning tools:
Sonar Qube, Fortify, Black Duck, Checkmarx, Threadfix, Xray
Knowledge and understanding one or more Cloud platforms: AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or VMware Tanzu App Service (TAS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure
Experience analyzing metrics and articulating data trends
Awareness on ML methodology will be an added advantage
