Malaysia (Selangor – 1 day/week onsite, Fridays)
Philippines (Remote, with potential travel)
Project Overview
This role supports the SAP ECC 6 HCM technical landscape, with a focus on system integrations and data migration activities as part of a broader HR transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support SAP HCM technical integrations
Build and enhance ABAP reports, interfaces, and extraction programs
Support HR data migration activities
Develop inbound and outbound interfaces (files, APIs, IDocs)
Support system and integration testing
Troubleshoot interface and data issues
Maintain technical documentation and integration artefacts
Support cutover and post-go-live technical activities
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with SAP ECC 6 HCM
Advanced ABAP development skills
Proven experience delivering SAP HCM integrations
Experience with middleware platforms
Strong understanding of data migration concepts
Experience supporting technical testing cycles
Nice to Have
Experience with HR system migration programmes
Experience with SAP integration platforms
Experience in global HR environments
