Information Technology Asset Manager

Location: Bengaluru

The role is for an IT Asset Manager to help plan and manage the Global Laptop Refresh and Asset Reclamation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as escalation point for complex issues relating to end user device replacement
Manage the global asset reclamation for End User Device replacement working closely with our internal Finance & HR depts.
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with our suppliers and Partners
Develop and maintain a clear reclamation strategy ensuring end user devices are replaced with minimal user disruption
Produce regular reports for Senior leadership showing progress against targeted refresh and the recliam of old assets.
Disposal of old assets ensuring that industry and clients standards are met to ensure the integrity of company data.
Working closely with the deplyment co-ordinator to help maintain the Global refresh budget.

Education:

B.Com graduate with Industry Certification: ITIL Foundations (helpful)

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience working in a project co-ordination and Asset Management role (required)
End user device knowledge and experience working with suppliers and vendors (required)
