Picture Yourself At Pega
As a Principal HRIS Technology Partner, you will support People Hub, our branded SAP Success Factors solution, and participate in the continual evolution of our global People systems. This position is involved in all phases of the software lifecycle – from idea to requirements, design, build, test, deployment, security, upgrades, integrations, maintenance, training, and user support. This role grants you experience and exposure to working with all areas of HRIS technology.
What You'll Do At Pega
Conduct design workshops and feature demonstrations with the business stakeholders
Ensure design and delivery of high-quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements
Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
Document system configuration and business processes
Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s)
Partner with IT technical teams to implement system integrations and optimized data flows
Who You Are
You are skilled in demonstrating the art of what is possible with Success Factors and HRIS technology to business stakeholders as a techno functional analyst. You demonstrate outstanding initiative and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
You have a passion for technology and want to create solutions that prioritize the experience of employees, managers, candidates, and alumni.
You have hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
You have in-depth experience with all the Data Models/templates and proficient knowledge of editing XML.
What You've Accomplished
You've worked in HRIS Technology for 7 years and have at least 2 years of recent and relevant experience with SAP Success Factors.
Hands-on experience with Employee Central is required. Time Off, Performance Management, Talent Intelligence Hub, Benefits, and Learning Management is a plus.
Relevant SAP Certifications is a plus.
Integrated Success Factors with 3rd party enterprise applications using Integration Center and APIs.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in being the lead consultant or lead developer in Success Factors implementations.
You have experience and enjoy working in an agile environment.
