Applies technical expertise to bring together ideas, business requirements, system capabilities, enterprise strategy to provide application architecture direction and architectural solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Creates & maintains a detailed view of existing architecture
Aligns Service Now platform capabilities to business strategy, Service Now vendor roadmap and internal roadmap
Leads Platform Development and Operations Team in implementation of best technical, policy and procedure practices
Provides leadership & participates in implementing new solutions on the Service Now platform
Contributes to intake governance process
Produces Solution Architecture Document (SAD), where appropriate, starting with high level solution diagram, overview and ending with detailed data flow, transaction, and other architectural diagrams
Participates in and leads formal technology evaluations and proofs of concept
Stays current on Service Now products and applicable integrated technologies
Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of Service Now's capabilities and constraints
Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage Service Now as a platform
As a senior technical member of the team, if needed, deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services for all project deliverables
Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new Platform Development and Operation Team resources
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
8+ years of experience with ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Request/Change management)
5+ years of experience with Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of Service Now to Other Applications
5+ years of experience customizing Service Now using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly, Angular 1.5
5+ years of Service Now development skills
3+ years of experience with application architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
Service Now IT Service Management or other relevant Service Now certifications
Any other software architecture certifications
Demonstrated knowledge of application design, application development and implementation
Understanding basic full stack development concepts
Excellent human relations skills to effectively interact with management, peers, business partners and vendors
