Job Description
The People Soft Human Capital Management Functional Architect or Lead should
Possess extensive expertise in People Soft Human Capital Management modules and associated business processes.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes, with the ability to guide clients throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.
Have a proven track record in implementing, upgrading, and providing support for People Soft Human Capital Management.
Have strong knowledge of integrating People Soft Human Capital Management modules with different applications.
Be highly experienced in all project phases, including fit/gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
Responsibilities
Lead the upgrade / optimization of the People Soft system, ensuring it aligns with client business needs and regulatory standards.
Facilitate functional design sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into efficient People Soft solutions.
Engage in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
Accountable for designing and implementing impactful solutions using People Soft functional expertise.
Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and developers to design, develop, implement, and support complex business solutions.
Partner with client stakeholders to create solutions addressing their business challenges.
Constantly explore opportunities to enhance the process of delivering solutions to clients.
