Role Overview
We are hiring a Data & Cloud Security leader to strengthen multi-cloud security operations, governance, and regulatory compliance across enterprise banking environments. This role will drive cloud security posture management, data protection controls, risk governance, and secure adoption of cloud and container platforms while partnering closely with IT, Cyber Security, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and enhance cloud security controls across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.
Monitor and manage CSPM tooling, cloud alerts, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations using integrated workflows (e.g., Service Now).
Review cloud architectures and identify security gaps and remediation actions.
Support container and workload security for cloud-native environments.
Manage Data Protection controls including DLP and data access governance.
Support implementation of NIST, ISO
27001/27002, and CIS-aligned policies and standards.
Participate in security reviews of on-prem, cloud, and third-party systems.
Support operational risk reporting, audits, regulatory requests, and remediation tracking.
Maintain awareness of evolving cyber threats, regulations, and best practices.
Must-Have Profile
6+ years of experience in Cloud, Cyber, or Information Security roles.
Hands-on exposure to Azure / AWS / GCP cloud security fundamentals.
Experience working with CSPM, DLP, vulnerability management, SIEM, or cloud security tools.
Strong understanding of NIST, ISO
27001, CIS, GDPR frameworks.
Experience analysing security alerts, incidents, and misconfigurations.
Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to operate independently while working under structured governance.
Certifications (Cloud Security Fundamentals, Security+, SC-900) – preferred.
