TCS Hiring for Data Governance Analyst
Experience:
6 to 8 Years

Must-Have
Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Metadata Management.
Strong understanding of Data Privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with MDM principles and integration governance.
Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and related technologies.
Experience in working closely with distributed Data Engineering Team, Privacy Team, Business Stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of retail business processes.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
