Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Developer/Lead with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ITOM Visibility (Discovery, Service Mapping, Federation), CMDB, and CSDM, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable Service Now solutions across multiple modules.
- Implement and manage ITOM Visibility:
Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Federation.
- Ensure CSDM alignment and maintain CMDB accuracy and integrity.
- Build secure integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SSO, and SAML.
- Develop Catalog Items, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Service Portal components.
- Support ITSM/ITAM modules and platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 7+ years of Service Now experience, including advanced development.
- Strong knowledge of ITOM Visibility, CMDB, and CSDM frameworks.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.

- Experience with integrations, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
- Familiarity with Agile/Dev Ops processes and CI/CD pipelines.
