Delivery Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

Work with product managers, product owners and product engineering teams on the implementation of product initiatives from project initiation to completion (PDLC).
Oversee teams of business analysts, engineers, and quality engineers at different levels and with different subject matter knowledge to ensure optimal delivery of projects.
Champion agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative, value-driven delivery facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Understand product priorities, capacity planning to provide the release dates for the product enhancements on the product manager's roadmaps.
Plan and effectively communicate milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies for product projects.
Provide constructive feedback and holding team members accountable to improve and develop the team's performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer technology or similar program from an accredited university.
2-3 years of experience in Delivery Management or Project Management.
Experience leading software development initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, frameworks, and product lifecycle management.
Aptitude for process improvement, planning tools, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and

Education:

Master's Degree from an accredited university.
Experience in the financial services industry.
Experience delivering projects using JIRA for planning and reporting.
