Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level  Scaled Agile Scrum Master  to support distributed US-based teams working across  Azure/GCP/AWS  platforms. This role requires strong facilitation, team coaching, and Agile execution skills, with the ability to partner closely with cloud engineering, Dev Ops, security, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Facilitation

· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives etc).

· Ensure teams follow  SAFe  principles, Agile values, and software engineering excellence practices.

· Support teams in  refinement, capacity planning, PI planning readiness , and execution.

Team Coaching & Improvement

· Coach mid-sized teams (6–10 members) to adopt Agile mindset and continuous improvement.

· Identify bottlenecks and drive data-backed improvements in velocity, predictability, and quality.

· Enable teams to improve Dev Ops maturity in cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS).

Delivery Coordination

· Track sprint progress, dependencies, and milestones using tools like Github Project/ Azure Dev Ops

· Remove impediments proactively by collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Ops, and Infra teams.

Stakeholder Management

· Work with US Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs across cloud initiatives.

· Communicate risks, progress, and delivery updates to US-based leadership.

Required Qualifications

· 3–4 years of experience as  Scrum Master  in Agile/SAFe environments.

· Hands-on experience supporting  cloud engineering teams (Azure/GCP/AWS) .

· Strong understanding of basics of CI/CD, infrastructure, Dev Ops pipelines & cloud deployment life cycles.

· Certifications preferred:  CSM, PSM, SASM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) .

· Experience with tools:
Github projects, Azure Dev Ops, MS Teams.

Preferred Skills

· Exposure to  cross-time-zone delivery  with US teams.

· Knowledge of cloud-native concepts (microservices, IaC, containers, security).

· Strong servant leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
