Engineering Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and scaling critical technology platforms and applications. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software while fostering a strong engineering culture focused on execution, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable and reliable software systems.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear execution plans and delivery roadmaps.
Drive best practices in system design, development, testing, and code quality.
Own delivery outcomes, ensuring predictability, quality, and timely execution.
Hire, coach, and mentor engineers to build a strong and sustainable team.
Establish and improve engineering processes to increase team effectiveness and efficiency.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of modern programming languages and cloud-based systems.
At least 1 year of experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality software in an agile setup.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical depth with people and delivery responsibilities.
Experience working on large-scale or high-availability systems.
Exposure to regulated or high-reliability environments.
Prior experience scaling teams or platforms during periods of growth.
