Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Coordinator to manage, monitor, and support all IT systems and infrastructure for a large airport project in Bengaluru. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and project integration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all IT activities on the project site, including network, servers, hardware, and software.
Ensure IT infrastructure setup and maintenance as per project requirements.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors for timely execution of IT-related work.
Track and maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation .
Assist in integration of IT systems across different project teams and departments.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues on site.
Maintain project IT documentation, reports, and records .
Ensure compliance with airport IT and security protocols .
Support planning and commissioning of IT systems in terminal, landside, and airside areas.
Mandatory Requirements
6+ years of experience in IT coordination / site IT management in airport or large infrastructure projects .
Good understanding of networking, servers, cabling, and hardware setup .
Experience in vendor coordination and IT project implementation.
Knowledge of airport IT systems (BMS, access control, surveillance systems) is preferred.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Software / Technical Skills
MS Office Suite
Networking and server management tools
AutoCAD / BIM knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Profile
Experience in airport projects or large-scale commercial/infrastructure projects
Strong coordination and team management skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments
