We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Assistant Vice President - Information Management
In This Role, You Will
As part of our Digital Fraud team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing demand, facilitating agile delivery, and collaborating across business and technology functions to deliver impactful solutions.
Manage incoming requests through a structured front-door process, assessing and prioritizing work based on feasibility and desired outcomes.
Lead progress through project stages, ensuring accountability, and timely delivery of commitments.
Work closely with the Portfolio Lead to coordinate and facilitate efficient Program Increment Planning sessions.
Champion the Run Ahead initiative within Digital Fraud, engaging stakeholders and communicating new demands effectively.
Utilize JIRA and Confluence to monitor demand, track progress, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders
To Be Successful, You Will
Demonstrated experience in Program Increment (PI) planning and managing demand through structured funnel processes
Proven track record working within agile frameworks, preferably in self-organizing teams
Ability to analyze and interpret high-level business requirements, constructively challenging ambiguity to ensure clarity and actionable outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
A collaborative approach, effectively bridging business and IT engineering teams to drive shared objectives.
Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset; comfortable working independently and taking initiative
