Job Description

Service Now QA/Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of Service Now implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing Service Now modules, workflows, and integrations, with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

Defining, documenting and executing test cases independently based on requirements for ITIL Processes. (Change Management/ Incident/Problem/CMDB)
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Validate customisations, workflows, and configurations
Provide testing expertise and coach/mentor the testing team around best practices in quality assurance methodologies, practices and techniques (this includes more junior Quality Assurance Analysts).
Test Service Catalogs, Forms, Flows, and Business Rules
Raise and track defects & issues and reporting proactively in tools
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and end-users to ensure quality delivery

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
4+ years of experience in Service Now testing
Familiarity with ITSM modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB
Strong skills in manual testing, with basic knowledge of automation frameworks (preferred)
Good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and analytical skills

Nice To Have

Experience with Postman or REST API testing

Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in Service Now
Service Now System Administrator certification
