Job Description
3-5 Years of experience in Workday Studio integrations building from requirements as well as maintaining existing Studio integrations
Designs, builds, and maintains data flows between Workday and other systems using Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, and XSLT
Develop Integration solutions utilizing Workday studio, Workday core connectors, BIRT and XSLTs.
Translating business needs into technical solutions for HCM, Payroll, and Finance
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities
Good exposure in Mulesoft integration development platform including API Manager
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing integrations for scalability and performance
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking
Analyzing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies.
Identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues.
