About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for selling IT solutions such as digital transformation services, cloud services, AI/ML solutions, managed IT services, ERP/LMS platforms, digital content, cybersecurity, and application development.

This role offers strong growth potential, performance-based incentives, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and IT heads

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions

Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution pitches for decision-makers

Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure successful project delivery

Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills

Strong B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to understand complex technology offerings and client requirements

Strong relationship-building and customer management skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach

Good spoken and written English with a confident personality

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
