Role Overview
We are seeking an AWS Connect with strong AWS development experience to design, implement, and support scalable, secure cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Develop contact flows, IVR, and routing logic
- Integrate with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, Dynamo
DB) and third-party systems
- Build serverless solutions using Lambda and REST APIs
- Automate infrastructure using IaC (Cloud Formation, CDK, Terraform)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, security, and costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and REST APIs
- Experience with Python / Node.js
- Exposure to IaC tools and AWS security best practices
- Understanding of contact center technologies (Telephony, VoIP)
Good to Have
- AWS certifications
- Experience with Lex, Polly, CI/CD, CRM integrations
- Agile/Scrum experience
