Key Responsibilities
Minimum  8+ years  of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 technical design and development (X++, C#, SSRS, BI).
Involved in  3–4 full lifecycle implementations  of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in technical roles.

Experience with  Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (R2/R3)  and  D365 F&O .
Development experience with  Visual Studio ,  .NET , and  Azure  tools.
Expertise in:
Code/data upgrades  to latest Dynamics 365 releases
Complex data migrations  using DIXF, custom tools, or third-party platforms
Integration development  (Web services, DIXF, .NET apps, OData, SOAP, REST, JSON, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps)
Performance optimization  of X++ code, SQL, and overall D365 components
Environment & Release Management  (ALM, TFS, build & deployment processes, LCS)
Familiarity with two or more functional areas:  Finance ,  Trade & Logistics ,  Warehouse Management ,  Sales ,  Marketing ,  Production ,  Manufacturing , etc.
Strong understanding of  industry-specific best practices  and business process development.
Ability to  estimate, prioritize, and deliver tasks  effectively under deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience leading projects or technical teams in Dynamics 365 delivery.
Ability to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical designs and documentation.
Working knowledge of  Azure Cloud Services  and cloud environment management.
Strong understanding of  Lifecycle Services (LCS) ,  Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) , and delivery tools.
Knowledge of  Test-Driven Development  and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and mitigate technical issues proactively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a continuous learning mindset.
