Role Overview :
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM module, hands-on experience in support and maintenance, and the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM module, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Handle incident management , service requests , and problem management within agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, WM, PP) for integrated issue resolution.
Perform configuration changes , enhancements, and testing as per business requirements.
Support month-end and year-end activities and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation , SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Participate in system upgrades , patch application , and regression testing .
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SAP MM module support and configuration.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process , Inventory Management , and Invoice Verification .
Experience in Master Data Management (Material Master, Vendor Master).
Familiarity with integration points with FI, SD, and WM modules.
Hands-on experience in ticketing tools (Service Now, Remedy, etc.).
Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills , communication, and stakeholder management.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to S/4
HANA environment.
Knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis.
Experience in MM-related reporting tools .
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
SAP MM certification is a plus.
