About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled  Data Engineer  with strong expertise in  Python, PySpark, AWS, and SQL  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and solutions that empower analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust  ETL pipelines  using Python and PySpark.
Work extensively with  AWS cloud services  (e.g., S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, Lambda) to build scalable data solutions.
Optimize and manage  SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance  for large datasets.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data availability and reliability.
Implement best practices for  data governance, security, and compliance .
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend modern tools/technologies for data engineering.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience  in data engineering or related roles.
Strong programming skills in  Python  and hands-on experience with  PySpark .
Proven expertise in  AWS cloud ecosystem  for data engineering solutions.
Advanced proficiency in  SQL  for data manipulation, optimization, and performance tuning.

Experience with  big data frameworks  and distributed computing.
Solid understanding of  data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
