Oracle HCM Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking Oracle HCM Consultants with 3–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for multiple opportunities across India. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and deliver scalable, high-quality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and/or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs
Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-production support activities
Provide functional expertise and guidance to technical teams for integrations, reports, and conversions
Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials
Support change management and user training initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner
Stay current with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and recommend enhancements

Skills & Experience:

3–10 years of experience working with  Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong functional knowledge in one or more HCM modules:
Core HR
Absence Management
Payroll
OTL
Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning)
Compensation
Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
Strong understanding of HR business processes

Experience with HCM integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs preferred)
Hands-on experience with data loading using HDL/HSDL
Good documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s)
Experience working in global implementations
Exposure to Fast Formulas and BI Publisher reports
Experience in support or AMS projects
Ability to work independently and in team environments
