Dasro Consulting is expanding in India and looking for a proven IT Staffing Sales Hunter who can bring in direct clients for permanent & contract hiring.
Responsibilities
Acquire new IT clients (Enterprise / Mid-Market)
Generate direct IT requirements (no sub-vendor sales)
Build CXO-level relationships
Grow accounts & drive revenue
Work closely with delivery teams for successful closures
Required Qualifications
10–15 years in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions sales (mandatory)
Mandatory experience in the Indian IT staffing/ recruitment market (client acquisition focused)
Strong understanding of India-based hiring cycles, rate structures, and IT talent landscape
Strong network across IT clients in India
Proven record in opening new accounts
Pure hunter mindset
