About the Role:

We are hiring a hunter-focused sales professional to drive new GCC (Global Capability Center) acquisition for a fast-growing IT & digital engineering services organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of net-new logo acquisition, deep understanding of GCC operating models, and experience selling IT / software services to enterprise and captive centers.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development (Hunter Role):

- Identify, qualify, and acquire new GCC logos
- Build and manage a strong top-of-funnel pipeline
- Map the GCC ecosystem: industry clusters, leadership, capabilities, and outsourcing models
- Drive consistent outbound, prospecting, and hunting motions

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Engage with CXOs, Center Heads, VPs, Directors, and Engineering/Product leaders
- Understand client maturity, pain points, and strategic priorities
- Position differentiated IT services and digital engineering solutions

Sales Execution:

- Own end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting → qualification → pitch → proposal → commercials → closure
- Collaborate with delivery, solution architects, and practice teams for proposal development
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting

Must-Have Requirements:

Experience & Background

- 8–10 years of B2B IT services / software services sales
- Minimum 2+ years selling to GCCs / Captive Centers & Proven hunter mindset with clear new-logo wins.
- Strong understanding of:
- GCC operating models
- Engineering services, digital engineering, managed services
- Exposure to domains such as Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, IoT, AI/ML is a plus
