At Xoxoday, partnerships are central to how we extend our products, reach new markets, and deliver seamless reward experiences  our ecosystem grows, the integrations we build and the relationships behind them shape how customers discover, adopt, and expand with our platform.

We're looking for a senior leader to define and scale our global partnerships and integrations strategy. This role will shape how we work with technology partners, marketplaces, system integrators, and ecosystem players across HR, CRM, ERP, fintech, and reward-tech landscapes. You'll partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to unlock new value propositions, drive partner-led revenue, and build an ecosystem that accelerates our global growth.

What You'll Do

Partnerships & Ecosystem Strategy

Define and lead Xoxoday's global strategy for partnerships, integrations, and alliances.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact partners across HRIS, CRM, ERP, fintech, cloud marketplaces, and broader reward-tech environments.
Build and scale a high-performing team across partnerships, alliances, and integration management.

Integrations & Product Collaboration

Drive the roadmap for third-party integrations across HRTech, CRM, collaboration tools, payment platforms, and loyalty systems.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering on prioritization, architecture, and technical readiness.
Ensure partners receive robust documentation, onboarding, and a frictionless integration experience.

Revenue & GTM Enablement

Develop co-selling, co-marketing, and joint GTM motions with strategic partners.
Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
Oversee marketplace listings and launch coordinated partner programs globally.

Relationship Management

Build and deepen relationships with technology partners, SIs, and distribution ecosystems.
Represent Xoxoday at partner forums, ecosystem events, and industry platforms.
Establish governance frameworks, performance reviews, and success metrics for partners.

Operations & Compliance

Oversee contracts, commercials, revenue-sharing models, and partner agreements.
Track operational KPIs such as integration usage, API adoption, partner revenue, and activation metrics.
Ensure partners meet security, privacy, and data compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

8–15 years of experience in SaaS partnerships, integrations, alliances, or ecosystem development.
Strong background in building partnerships in B2B SaaS, HRTech, CRM, fintech, loyalty, or rewards-driven enterprises.
Deep understanding of API-led integrations, developer ecosystems, and product-led partnership models.
Proven track record of generating partner-led revenue and scaling global GTM motions.
Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
