Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Duration: Permanent
Location:
Bengaluru (Hybrid 2 days a week)
Pay Rate: 34₹LPA to 60₹ LPA
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
6+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud
Must have 2–3+ full-cycle implementations
Expertise in Core HR module
Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes
Ability to create functional design documents and troubleshoot issues
Familiarity with OTBI / BI SQL
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of fast formulas , HCM Extracts
Experience with Kronos
Exposure to security configuration and UAT
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and support HCM processes, drive implementations, and collaborate with technical teams. Conduct workshops and training for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end HCM implementations
Functional support and issue resolution
Client workshops and UAT
