Senior Salesforce Developer

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support core business processes across multiple clouds. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our Salesforce platform strategy, technical architecture, and user experience.
The work you'll do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust solutions
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver user-centric features
Continuously improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability
Maintain platform documentation, naming conventions, and development standards
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice discussions across the team
Support and extend functionality in Salesforce Service Cloud as needed, including features such as case management, Omni-Channel, and automation flows
Contribute to Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) development and administration, including customizations, integrations, and reporting

The qualifications you need:
4+ years of hands-on work as a Salesforce Developer
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and its key capabilities (preferred)
Skilled in Certinia PSA administration and development (a plus)
Background working in Agile/Scrum teams, using tools like Jira
Proficient in managing Salesforce deployments across development, UAT, and production environments using Copado or similar Dev Ops tools
Solid understanding of platform architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Strong English skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams
