Role - Associate Director, Business Consulting - Consumer Goods Practice

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead consultative account mining activities with large-scale CPG customers, handle a team of consultants & analysts to consolidate and grow respective account cluster
Own & drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities in collaboration with data science & engineering SMEs and teams
Own development & evolution of consulting offerings & service line
Leading client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are articulated to be solved through data science and AI
Define business problems concisely, consolidate the findings and hypothesize the proposed solution. Measure and articulate how solutions and results improve clients' objectives
Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management.
Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches

Mandated

Skills:

Bachelor's Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT's / NIT's and MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIM) preferred
12+ years of professional work experience in Management Consulting, with >6 Years of experience delivering transformational value in Consumer Goods or Retail organisations
Should have expertise in 2 or more CPG functional areas like Demand Planning, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Pricing & Promotions, Digital Shelf, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing Analytics, FP&A etc.
Prior experience in growing, training & managing consultants
Excellent storyboarding, narration & power point development skills
Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions
Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role

Any hands on quantitative experience with analytic tools
