Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Business Analysts who are in the early stages of transitioning into Project Management roles. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid foundation in business analysis, who have started taking on project coordination responsibilities or aspire to move into project management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a growing interest in leading projects from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination under the guidance of a senior PM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Assist in creating project documentation including project charters, status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
Help track project progress against milestones and deliverables, highlighting risks and deviations.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Participate in stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews.
Contribute to process improvements and implementation of project management best practices.
Begin handling smaller work streams or modules as a shadow or co-lead PM.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Exposure to or involvement in project planning, coordination, or delivery support.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certification or coursework in PMP, CAPM, or Agile (optional but preferred).
