Job Description:
3-4 years as a Salesforce platform administrator
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required;
Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce architecture knowledge
• Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
• Understanding of integration tools (API connections, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Experience with Apex and Lightning is a plus
Tools knowledge required:
• Jira ticketing system – used by product teams for tracking development, testing and releases
• Service Now Service Desk ticketing system – used for tracking incidents, service requests and
change requests
• Confluence wiki – used to manage IT documentation
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud & Salesforce Monitoring tools & Sallesforce Data Loader.
