What Success Looks Like In This Role
Technical Project & Opportunity Coordination – CSU Account
In this role, I provide end‑to‑end coordination and operational support across technical project activities, business development processes, and pre‑sales engagements for the CSU account. I act as a central point of orchestration between internal Unisys teams, architects, and CSU stakeholders to ensure opportunities, deliverables, and supporting documentation remain aligned, accurate, and on track.
Technical Project Coordination
Serve as the primary coordinator for technical project activities, ensuring smooth communication between architects, delivery teams, and account stakeholders.
Track progress across multiple work streams and proactively identify gaps, risks, or required inputs to keep deliverables on schedule.
Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business priorities, ensuring that project outputs meet CSU expectations and Unisys standards.
Opportunity Management
Lead the weekly business development (BD) cycle for all CSU opportunities, ensuring structured updates, review discussions, and coordinated follow‑ups.
Maintain and update the BD Excel tracker with accurate, timely opportunity information, actively engaging architects and Unisys contributors to provide required inputs.
Monitor, drive, and report on the progress of all CSU‑related MOUs, Work Orders (WOs), and Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating with the account team to ensure timely development, approval, and closure.
Pre‑Sales Coordination
Support the CSU account team with the development of proposals, presentations, client workshop materials, and other pre‑sales assets.
Collaborate closely with architects to ensure solutions are technically aligned with CSU requirements and that all proposal components reflect accurate, high‑quality information.
Assist in organizing and coordinating client‑facing engagements, ensuring readiness of content, participants, and supporting materials.
Content & Knowledge Management
Manage and maintain the dedicated Unisys SharePoint site for the CSU account, ensuring all documents—including proposals, templates, delivery artifacts, and reference materials—are accurate, version‑controlled, and easy to access.
Develop and maintain a logical content structure that enables internal Unisys teams and CSU stakeholders to quickly locate relevant information.
Support knowledge capture and content hygiene activities to ensure continuity across ongoing and future engagements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
