Community Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview

The Community Manager will own the creation, nurturing, engagement, and growth of online communities for the Intuition Process, primarily focused on parents. These communities are a core growth engine, playing a critical role in trust building, decision acceleration, and registrations.

This role is responsible for ensuring communities are active, value-driven, well-moderated, and purposefully nurtured, using a mix of informative, interactive, and experiential content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Creation & Ownership

- Create and manage multiple online communities (primarily Whats App), including:
- Parent communities
- City- or program-specific groups
- Set up community structures, rules, descriptions, and onboarding messages.
- Ensure new communities are launched with clear intent, positioning, and engagement plans.

2. Community Calendar & Nurturing Strategy

- Own the community content and nurturing calendar, aligned with:
- Program timelines
- Campaign priorities
- Webinars, workshops, and launches
- Plan a balanced mix of:
- Educational / informative content
- Interactive prompts (polls, questions, reflections)
- Light experiential practices (simple exercises, reflections, challenges)
- Program & demo reminders and CTAs (without over-promotion)

3. Content Coordination & Readiness

- Work closely with:
- Content writers
- Designers
- Video editors
- Content Operations Manager
- Translate community needs into clear content briefs.
- Ensure all content is:
- Brand-aligned
- Audience-appropriate
- Approved and ready on time
- Coordinate posting as per the defined calendar.

Desired Profile

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Community management
- Social engagement roles
- Content or audience engagement roles
