Job Responsibilities:

Be the custodian of organic growth at Algonomy across SEO, AEO, and GEO
End-to-end SEO strategy: on-page, content, and authority building for a B2B SaaS audience
Build SEO strategies focused on demand capture & pipeline creation
Grow Algonomy’s presence across AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
Help Content and Product Marketing to create search-led narratives across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU
Drive high-intent keyword and page strategies
Create SEO dashboards that connect rankings → traffic → leads → pipeline → revenue
Experiment with schema, AI-assisted content workflows, and search behaviours

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

6+ years of SEO experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of increasing pipeline and revenue from organic channels
Strong understanding of SEO, including AEO, GEO, and zero-click search dynamics
Hands-on experience with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and AI-powered SEO tools
Basic knowledge & work experience of Word Press or other CMS
Familiar with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, etc
Strong analytical thinking paired with sharp execution and prioritisation
