Role
Purpose:
The SEO Specialist will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s digital presence and driving organic growth across key category lines. The role works closely with Brand, Digital, Content, and Technology teams to identify search trends, analyze performance data, and develop effective SEO strategies. The position is responsible for technical SEO excellence, search performance insights, and adherence to best-practice standards to ensure sustained improvements in visibility, traffic, and user experience.
Experience:
5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to SEO/SEM, performance campaigns, marketing automation/CRM, and data-driven optimization.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated digital (and offline) campaigns, with strong analytical skills and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Key Deliverables:
1) Technical SEO & Site Optimization
Lead comprehensive SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking
Diagnose and resolve technical issues including redirects, duplicate content, canonicalization, broken links, and performance gaps
2) Search Performance Monitoring & Insights
Track rankings, traffic, and index coverage using GSC, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Conduct competitor analysis and translate data into actionable growth recommendations
3) On-Page SEO & Structured Data
Implement and manage schema markup to support rich search results
Partner with content teams on metadata, on-page optimization, and URL structures
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
Work closely with engineering teams to embed SEO requirements into releases, migrations, and site changes
Define SEO best practices, ensure compliance with Google Search guidelines, and adapt to algorithm updates
Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools for insights and analysis
• Strong technical SEO and SEM expertise
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM and data-driven campaigns
