We’re looking for a strategic Google Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance. Someone who can not only run campaigns but also own strategy, execution, and growth across multiple B2B lead-generation accounts.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
- Strategise full-funnel ad flows, from keyword planning to conversion tracking.
- Manage ad budgets of ₹10–20L+ per month efficiently with a strong ROI focus.
- Work on landing page optimisation and CRO to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Create in-depth performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy, messaging, and audience targeting.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing B2B lead-gen campaigns on Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of Search, Display, You Tube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, end to end.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proven track record managing ₹10–20L+ monthly ad budgets.
- Basic understanding of landing page builders (Unbounce, Word Press, Shopify, etc.) and A/B testing.
- Leadership qualities, someone who can take ownership of accounts and drive results.
