We are seeking a  Cyber Security Specialist (Individual Contributor)  with strong expertise in  security controls, risk assessment, and control lifecycle management  aligned to  NIST CSF and GRC frameworks .

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and operate  operational & security risk controls
Identify security gaps and drive  control remediation and improvements
Assess control maturity and enhance effectiveness
Perform  security and risk assessments  for infrastructure and applications
Analyze security logs for audits and control validation
Collaborate with stakeholders, security SPOCs, and cross-functional teams
Create executive-level  security reports and dashboards
Required Skills
Cybersecurity Risk Analysis & Control Testing
Security Frameworks:  NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
Pentest & ethical hacking knowledge  (OWASP, methodologies)
Cloud Security:  AWS / Azure  (WAF, Guard Duty, Cloud Trail, Security Hub, etc.)
Vulnerability Management & OS Hardening (Linux/Windows)
Python scripting  for automation & reporting
Reporting tools:  Power BI

Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Cyber Security or related field
