Presales Consultant – Proposal Strategy Team
As a Presales Consultant (Management Trainee), you will be part of the Proposal Strategy team, supporting
the development of high-impact business proposals that drive client success and organizational growth. This
is a high-visibility role offering hands-on exposure to client engagements, proposal management, and cross
- functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, gain a strong understanding of client requirements, and build
analytical, communication, and strategic skills while contributing meaningfully to winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, structuring, and design of compelling business proposals aligned with client
requirements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and client
- focused

• Interpret and analyse client requirements with support from on-the-job training and mentorship

• Support end-to-end proposal management, including content development, formatting, and quality
checks

• Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, templates, and proposal standards

• Conduct market and competitive research to strengthen proposal value propositions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal strategies and processes

• Maintain and enhance a centralized knowledge repository for proposals and best practices

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and update marketing collaterals and pitch materials

• Leverage digital tools and platforms to support proposal development and collaboration

• Engage with cross-functional teams to build strong working relationships and business understanding
