We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Executive – SEO to lead technical, content, and offsite optimization initiatives that strengthen search visibility and brand authority across both traditional and AI-driven search platforms. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of analytical, technical, and communication skills, with experience managing projects and client relationships end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic growth and improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search ecosystems.
Conduct in-depth technical audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data) and implement technical improvements.
Optimize content based on data-driven insights, search intent, entity relevance and EEAT principles to align with user and search system needs.
Manage off-site SEO, including digital PR, link acquisition, brand mentions, and outreach campaigns to build authority.
Develop strategies aligned with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and LLM-driven search.
Collaborate across teams (content, product, design, and tech) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated sitewide.
Design and maintain SEO dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio, ensuring clear visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.
Perform in-depth SEO data analysis, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
Create and manage SEO performance reports, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders or clients.
Manage client communication, project timelines, and delivery quality, report performance insights and recommendations regularly.
Use tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance and measure success.
Requirements & Eligibility:
2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house). Agency experience preferred.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-site & content optimization, and off-site strategies.
Experience in digital PR, link building, and outreach management.
Solid understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI search ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with structured data, site architecture and performance optimization.
Strong experience with SEO dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) and reporting automation.
Excellent skills in SEO data analysis and translating data into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and client handling skills.
Proficiency with major SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
