We’re a fast-growing digital marketing & tech company working across branding, creative, video, SEO, web, social media and performance marketing. Having worked with 100+ brands, delivered 1,000+ campaigns and 10,000+ creatives, we are now looking for a strong hands-on Project Manager.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own projects end-to-end from planning to execution and on-time delivery
Be the main point of contact for clients: communication, feedback, updates and relationship management
Coordinate closely with design, content, SEO, paid ads and web teams to ensure smooth workflows
Track progress, quality, timelines and performance across all projects
Allocate tasks, set priorities and ensure deadlines are met without chaos
Oversee ongoing services including SEO, social media, content, AEO/GEO, branding and web projects
Participate in client calls, reviews, strategy discussions and pitches
Identify gaps early, solve problems quickly and keep projects moving
Guide team members, ensure accountability and maintain delivery standards
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing project management
Strong understanding of content/design, SEO, social media marketing, workflows and paid ads
Excellent communication skills confident with clients and internal teams
Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with tight timelines
Analytical mindset with focus on performance and improvement
Willingness to travel locally for meetings or client interactions when required
