About the Role:

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) to join our Bangalore hub.
You'll manage and optimize paid search campaigns for our managed services customers, ensuring campaign performance, accuracy, and ROI.

This role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaign performance campaign performance for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization

Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign relevance and efficiency.
Create and manage ad groups, ad copy, and extensions aligned with client objectives and promotional calendars.
Apply best practices for bid management, ad scheduling, and budget pacing.
Use automation tools, rules, and scripts to improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
Set up conversion tracking and ensure accurate measurement through GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring campaigns meet ROI and CPA goals.
Proactively communicate campaign updates and performance insights via Zendesk tickets and internal project trackers.
Maintain campaign documentation, QA logs, and change history for audit, accuracy, and transparency purposes.

Performance Analysis & Insights

Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate).
Extract, organize, and analyse raw campaign data from Google Ads and Bing using Excel — leveraging Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas to generate actionable insights.
Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
Collaborate with the reporting team to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with US Pod members, reporting team, design team, and other team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver consistent performance outcomes.
Participate in internal Pod meetings to share strategic insights, campaign learnings, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate across teams to maintain campaign quality, brand consistency, and efficient execution across time zones.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid search marketing.
Contribute to developing frameworks for scaling successful campaigns across markets.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns in a digital performance or growth marketing environment.
Proven expertise with Google Ads and Bing Ads campaign management.
