About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on campaign experience and a strong understanding of e-commerce or real estate marketing funnels. In this role, you'll manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, You Tube, and other platforms, analyse performance, and scale what works.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation — working closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that convert.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and You Tube.
Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
Prior experience in real estate or lead gen campaigns preferred.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and Meta Ads.
Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
