Job Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Lead who will own Jetpac's social presence end-to-end,
managing strategy, execution and growth across all key channels (Instagram, Facebook and
emerging platforms). This role is equal parts content creator, community builder and brand guardian. You'll be responsible not only for day-to-day social publishing and campaigns, but also for designing a future-forward social media strategy, which would involve working with stakeholders who can amplify Jetpac's brand across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and own a long-term social media roadmap, aligning with Jetpac's global growth plans.
Plan, publish and manage daily content while driving engagement and community growth.
Experiment with social commerce, live streams, and new interactive formats.
Monitor performance (reach, engagement, sentiment) and optimize in real time. Content & Campaigns
Collaborate with design/creative teams to produce social-first content (reels, posts, stories).
Spot cultural and travel trends early and adapt them into Jetpac's voice.
Launch and manage campaigns across platforms, audiences, and geos.
Identify and scale new growth opportunities.
Partner with the performance marketing team to integrate organic + paid strategies for maximum reach. Data & Insights
Define and track KPIs across the funnel, with regular reports and actionable insights.
Present learnings, experiments and recommendations to leadership.
Translate data into clear insights and growth strategies.
Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a tech startup or high growth DTC brand or agency.
Strong track record of running multi-channel campaigns (Instagram, Facebook) Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for trends and culture.
Proficiency with analytics and social tools (GA4, Looker, Sprout/Hootsuite, or similar).
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Desired Skills
