Experience :  0-2 Yrs

As a Trainee Digital Marketing Analyst, the candidate will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding of On-page & Off-page optimization
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance using tools
-Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and dashboards.
Generate performance reports and suggest improvements
Help manage social media accounts and schedule content
Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
Support content creation for blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages
Conduct keyword research and assist in on-page SEO tasks
Collaborate with developers/designers to improve website usability and SEO
Maintain and update online listings and microsites
Assist in email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels
Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and SEMrush to identify trends and opportunities
Support dashboard creation and data visualization

Candidate Profile

Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with digital trends
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital marketing tools:
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like Word Press
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Must be able to adhere to details during Link building process
Certifications in Google Analytics, Hubspot etc will be an added advantage.
