Required Knowledge &

Skills:

- SAFe experience on SAFe ceremonies like PI Planning, ART Meetings, Scrum of Scrum Calls.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM/ PSM)
Dev Ops - at least basic Knowledge (CI/ CD/ Pipeline).
Jira or ADO Tool
Along with normal Scrum Master expertise.
Added Advantage:
Mural, MIRO, Trello tool
SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification.

Skills:

- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the two assigned development teams.
Ensure these events are productive and within the timebox.
Guide team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
Provide coaching on Agile practices and principles.
Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Ensure a smooth workflow by addressing internal and external blockers.
Assist in effective Product Backlog management.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and communication.
Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that the Scrum board and other tools like Jira are up-to-date.
Facilitate team's quarterly CMM review and maintain scorecards.
Regularly analyze burndown charts and other metrics to track progress.
Ensure teams meet delivery commitments by proactively communicating and collaborating with cross team dependencies.
Act as a consultant to team members and stakeholders on best practices.
Help resolve team disagreements and improve work styles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/masters in I.T or equivalent
