Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Now Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Service Now applications with a primary focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Service Now development, customization, and scripting to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Service Now CSM capabilities and be able to support end-to-end development activities, from requirement analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop Service Now CSM modules and workflows.
Perform scripting and customization using JavaScript.
Configure forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Integrate Service Now with third-party applications.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform support.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Service Now CSM
