We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM), CSM, and other business workflows. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable and efficient Service Now applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Service Now applications and modules based on business requirements.
Interact with customer for requirements gathering and implement the solution.
Develop and implement Service Now solutions including but not limited to ITSM, CSM.
Work on Service Now scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, etc.).
Develop and configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
Implement integrations between Service Now and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to Service Now applications.
Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and expand Service Now capabilities.
